Christmas Cupcakes - Gluten Free

Gluten free christmas cupcakes. These were made for my daughter who has allergies. Hers were free from wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and soy. They are a fruit cake, people that do not eat fruit cakes loved this version. It is a much lighter fruit cake and is delicious. The cupcakes shown in the picture have cream cheese frosting but for an allergy friendly version my daughter had glace icing.
